Satire and Legal
This site is satire and commentary about data, AI, technology, and governance. We parody workplace habits, public headlines, art, life, pop culture, and our own worst instincts. The tone is humorous. The intention is critique.
When we mention real companies or public figures, it is for commentary on publicly reported facts. We do not claim to speak for them. We do not publish leaks. We do not impersonate employees. We avoid logos and proprietary artwork. Sources are linked on the article page.
We roast practices, not people. We punch up. On rare occasions we punch down at spreadsheets, unlabeled columns, and the concept of “misc.” If something lands wrong, tell us. We will correct or clarify.
Reader submissions to Dear Data and tips may be edited for length and clarity. Do not send confidential or private information. If you submit, you grant us permission to publish your text as satire.
Nothing here is legal, compliance, security, or investment advice. If you need advice, ask a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.
Right of reply and corrections: if you believe we’ve mischaracterized a public report, email us at auditlog@TheDataLampoon.com with a link and specifics. We correct clearly and quickly.
Accessibility and respect: we want the joke to be the joke, not the person. If we miss, we will do better.
Thank you for reading. Laugh, share, and ship better habits when it helps.
